It is with great enthusiasm that I am writing this letter of recommendation for Real Estate Agent Terri Tranter with Competitive Edge Realty. Terri worked with me to purchase my new home and also sold my Condominium after I moved.
First of
all Terri is a “People” person who Loves what she does and it’s apparent in her energy, pleasant demeanor and eternal optimism. She is a hard-working individual with great morals, values and has an old school work ethic, she gives you 150%. From the beginning of our working together she took the time to get to know me and wanted to know what I was looking for in my new home and where I wanted to search. I wasn’t quite sure of the location so she patiently took me to properties located in various areas so that I could get an idea of where I wanted to plant my new roots. She has the patience of a saint and never pressured me, she just went with the flow and made some great suggestions. As my idea of locations narrowed and the type of home I wanted evolved, she supported me throughout the process. She truly cared about finding the perfect home for me no matter how long it took and how many showings we had to go to.
The one incident that says wonders about her commitment to finding a perfect home for her clients is one in which I made a bid on a certain property. The home looked like it was in great shape and it fit all my wants and needs. During the inspection process Terri was present to ask questions on my behalf and to make sure that nothing was missed. After the inspection was completed she had a question about the foundation, something was bothering her about it. In order to settle her mind she actually went underneath the home and looked in an area that was missed by the inspector and first found that the foundation was not properly supported, and then she found an area where a main support bean had just about been eaten through by termites. If she wouldn’t have done this I would have bought the home and would have had to spend a few thousand dollars to repair that area of the foundation. Needless to say, we pulled out of that deal.
This is not something a Real Estate Agent would do, in fact, I’ve never heard of a Real Estate agent ever doing this. This demonstrates that she is not your average agent and that she goes above and beyond to make sure you get the perfect home for yourself and that you’re getting what you’re paying for.
Terri is also constantly seeking to stay informed. During the time she worked with me she was going to seminars and adding to her knowledge and credentials, how she has the energy to do that I don’t know, especially when she’s driving across town showing properties. She encourages you to ask her questions and if she doesn’t have an immediate answer for you she will research it and get back to you with the information at hand. Once you decide to make an offer(or have an offer on your current home) she guides you through every step of the process. Her role as the intermediary between you and the seller(or buyer), mortgage company and broker is made less complicated because she makes sure everything goes through her so things move along smoothly and that all your questions are answered.
I know this is a long review and this is just a fraction of the things I can tell you about her. As you can see just by what I’ve told you about her and the customer service she can provide for you, she is beyond the norm and everything that I’ve written here is true. If you want The Best Agent in Dallas Terri Tranter is the person you want on your side. I would suggest that you at least contact her and give her the opportunity to talk to you so that you can make that decision for yourself.
